I needed a refinance towards the end of construction project as I spent to much money. Initially I rang couple of morgage brokers and as soon they get to know my situation they would put me on a to hard list. I contacted Stretan, explained my situation and he was willing to take on a challenge despite bad credit rating amongs other things. He started working on preparing application and within 10 days, entire process was all completed. Now i have access to funds I need for completion. Extremely happy with Stretan's work.
