As this is Suzy's own business I find that she takes great pride in the excellent service that she and Marietta continue to give us. Nothing was too much trouble and any complications were dealt with efficiently and with good humor. I was concerned our age would be a barrier to refinancing and accessing equity but they plowed through endless paperwork for us to get the best terms and outcome. We never could have achieved this on our own. Suzy was happy to come to our side of town and our office visit was warm and welcoming. As they also help with Superannuation and Life Insurance we will be looking into these as well.
