We approached Rise High to help us with a full review of loans and future plans after seeing their excellent Google reviews. I was quite skeptical of how a business could have so many good reviews as it’s very unusual, but decided to give them a go. I requested someone who could deal with complex loans and Tarkin spent a good amount of time understanding our situation and goals including working after hours for us when we hit a critical point in the process. The plan was a significant renovation but two weeks later we coincidentally found a house we wanted to buy and time was of the essence to get the offer through for best purchase chance. Tarkin worked on several options and explained the pros and cons of each, not just regarding the bank and loan product but considerations for our lifestyle and future plans. We were successful with our offer and he then worked through the process with our chosen bank, past settlement and beyond. Supported by Karyn; she walked us through each step and ensured our new accounts were set up, offsets linked and cards and access worked, dealing with the bank on our behalf. This included following up with the bank to ensure they paid our cashback incentive, which was scheduled for reimbursement months later. When Karyn or Tarkin were on leave, other staff at Rise High stepped in and receptionists were also polite, friendly and very accommodating. It’s very unusual to come across a business where every touch point, from website to sales, operational to reception staff is positive and helpful. Almost never do you experience it. We’d gladly recommend Rise High and Tarkin Brown to anyone seeking a review of their loans, borrowing position or wanting to buy a property or refinance. This is the type of business we always desire to deal with but rarely find, and will recommend to anyone who’ll listen. A very well deserved five stars.
