Taylor Duffy is the Director and Senior Broker at Zaid Finance Co, a Newcastle-based mortgage broking firm specialising in residential and investment lending, refinancing, SMSF lending, commercial finance, and asset finance.
Taylor began his career at ING Bank as a Home Loan Specialist, where he built a solid foundation in lending and developed a thorough understanding of the banking sector. Recognising the limitations of working within a single institution, he transitioned to mortgage broking to give clients access to a broader range of lenders and lending solutions.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Taylor completed his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, which enabled him to deliver tailored lending strategies for clients at every stage of life, from first-home buyers through to experienced property investors.
With a clear vision for what client service should look like, Taylor founded Zaid Finance Co with a focus on honesty, transparency, and long-term partnerships. His goal is to simplify the borrowing process and empower clients to achieve financial freedom and sustainable wealth growth.
