My brother and I were recommended Mortgage Choice by our parents, who used them when they bought their house. They worked with Terry and were impressed by his great work enough to ensure that, on the first step we took towards home ownership, we used them. On a weekend when we were available, they were more than happy to set up our initial meeting, during which they walked us through the entire process and took the first steps. We left very impressed and happy with our first meeting that we had made the right choice. Afterwards, we worked with Rachel, who liaised with us constantly throughout the process, ensuring we got the best deal we could, which was invaluable because of the myriad of confusing steps we had to take to buy our first home. She revised an initial mortgage plan when a better one was found, and answered every question we had during the initial property search. The customer support and help during this time was perfect, especially when our initial accepted offer fell through, where they supported us as we looked for the next property. When we finally found the right place, they were speedy in executing final approval, which meant we had time to deal with the rest of the settlement process. Very glad we chose them for our mortgage broker and recommend them to any other first homebuyers going through the process as well!
