Terry is absolutely fantastic and was a miracle on our house journey. As a family with two kids under 6 year olds, at the time it was full on for my husband and I to be applying that at points it would seem impossible. Terry always went the extra mile with us, even coming round to our house one day before work to help process the application. He was there for us and actually made the hoops to jump through easier. Terry was always patient and accommodating with us on our journey and was also full of information and advice. When we were unsure about a house we didn't want to hear typical 'yes' from friends or family. We thought who could we talk to?We thought Terry will give good solid straight advice on our goals. In the end we got a dream house beyond my hopes and dreams - a house that 6 months ago I never thought I would be in. But here I am sitting on my dream deck and it's all thanks to Terry that we got here . It truly felt like we had someone in our corner supporting us on the way and that he didn't see us as just another client. If I come across a person in life looking to buy a house I will be saying go to Terry. He knows the Coast, knows the market but most of all he gets to know the people he is working with and works not just with you a but for you and that makes him one of a kind.
