I had a dream. I found a beautiful house that I desperately wanted to buy, but couldn’t see how I could possibly fund it. I was advised that a financial adviser would help me achieve my dreams, so I found one who promised the world but delivered nothing. He wanted my husband and I to sign the loan papers although, what he was delivering to us fell far short of what he promised. We wanted to amalgamate our home and car loan and to borrow for our dream property. We were currently paying very high interest rates on both our car and our home loans. All he delivered was the amalgamation of our 2 loans with a financial group we had never heard of. An on-line financial group, we were told. Was that it? My dreams were dashed. Before signing, I decided to look elsewhere and Terry came up on my Facebook Feed. What have I got to lose, I thought and decided to reach out and see what he could offer us. I had no expectations as I thought that my dream was a pipe dream that I would never reach. Terry was so personable, so positive and so encouraging. He looked at our financial position and told us then and there that he was quite sure that he could get us the finance that we needed to achieve our dream. And then he went about wielding his magic. He kept us updated the whole time. One step at a time, because our financing was a little complicated, but he knew what he was doing and set the process in motion. He’s a magician in disguise as a Financial Broker. What Terry was able to achieve for us; We were able to purchase our dream property and were able to amalgamate our two loans with well-known Financial Institutions. We are now saving approx. $500 a month and that’s with the loan for our new property. That is what I call magic. That was 12 months ago. We are now returning to Terry to help us finance another property that we would like to purchase. I know he’ll be able to wield his magic again. Thank you so much Terry for helping us become financially stable. We are looking forward to the future. I know it’s a short story, but I wanted to make sure people are aware that their dream can become reality.
