We honestly can’t thank Thomas from Mortgage Choice Yarralumla enough. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish and went far beyond what I would normally expect from a mortgage broker. What really stood out to us was how quickly Thomas progressed everything. We were in a situation where there was a lot of waiting and uncertainty for a long period of time, and, as anyone who has been through the home-buying process knows, waiting for news can be incredibly stressful. Thomas was constantly communicating with us, keeping us updated and letting us know what was happening. That made such a difference when we were feeling nervous and unsure about how things were going to work out. He was also brilliant at working with everyone else involved, keeping my partner and our solicitor in the loop. He made sure everyone was on the same page and was incredibly responsive whenever something needed to be sorted out. He made what could have been a complicated process feel coordinated and manageable. Most importantly, Thomas really knows his stuff. We had a fairly unique set of circumstances and after speaking with multiple other brokers who told us that the loan we want wasn't possible, Thomas actually found a way forward and secured the loan for us. That alone made an enormous difference to us and is a real testament to his knowledge, persistence and ability to think outside the box. We genuinely wouldn't have got to where we are without him. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and good at his job, Thomas is just a really lovely person. He's approachable, reassuring, patient and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. When you're going through something as stressful and important as buying a home, having someone like that in your corner makes a huge difference. We couldn't recommend Thomas highly enough. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who knows what they're doing, gets things moving, communicates exceptionally well and actually cares about his clients, definitely give Thomas a call.
