We can’t thank Tim from Provida Lend enough for all the help and support he has given us throughout our first home building journey. From the very beginning, Tim helped us understand our options, work through different lenders and find the best solution for our situation. Building a home is a huge commitment, and I was particularly worried because I had a below average credit score and we only had a 5% deposit. I honestly wasn’t sure if getting finance would be possible. Tim was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand our circumstances, explained everything clearly and guided us through each step. His knowledge, patience and support made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. We’re now on our way to constructing our home and we couldn’t be more excited.
