As a first-home buyer, I found the whole process pretty overwhelming and nearly gave up all together when speaking to my bank - They wanted a million documents and every person I spoke to would say a different thing. I was then referred Tim by a friend who recently bought. I work crazy hours so booking an appointment is always a pain. Tim literally stayed back until 6pm just so we could have an appointment. I was pre-approved that week and at my first open home, he called just to talk me through how making offers worked and gave me that boost I needed to negotiate and make an offer. Once finding a property, he was in contact with my conveyancer and real estate agent to make sure settlement went perfectly. 10/10 Service
