Being someone who is quiet anxious, the process of buying our first home seemed quiet daunting in the beginning, however I shopped around for a mortgage broker (I wanted to be comfortable and trust the broker I chose) and from a friends recommendation I met Tim and everything fell into place! My wife and I had been considering for a while to refinance our home loan and start setting up to build a property portfolio. We’ used a finance broker to obtain the original loan, however found it quite stressful and confusing and weren’t sure if we wanted to go through this again. We seemed to be kept out of the loop and really frustrated with not knowing where we stood. I was watching a pod cast hosted by “Oliver Jackson” from “Living Property (Buyer’s Agent)”, and he just happened to be interviewing “Tim Reynolds” from “Accession Finances”. I was very impressed with the conversation and the information Tim was providing and the way he held himself. You know that feeling you get when you first meet someone, and you know you are going to get along, well I felt that with Tim, and I was only watching the pod cast. So I decided to contact Tim and let him know our position, circumstances and goals. Tim was great to talk to from day one. From then on and for over the next 8 weeks, Tim stayed in touch and kept us up to date with the progress of the application. The thing that stood out the most was, out of all the times, maybe 20+ that I called him – Tim either answered, or rang me back straight away. When I emailed a question, he would reply in a timely manner and always stated at the end of the email “if you need further explanation or clarification, to give him a call”. Excellent customer relations. A few times Tim got Stacey and Apurva to follow things up with us and they were fantastic as well. To top off the great experience, we had a scheduled assessment date guided by the bank, Tim stayed on them, and the loan ended up being approved and finalised 15 days earlier than due date. Today!! My wife and I cannot thank Tim and the team at “Accession Finance” enough. 2020 has been a terrible year for all and this has given us a shining light and generated a heap of excitement.
