Was after a straightforward refinance for a lower rate. Really appreciated Tony's patience while I looked at other options, including an online only bank, and also seeking a better deal through my own (big 4), even taking it as far as an official complaint that they would not match a new-borrower rate for a loyal customer. Ended back where I had started, with Tony sorting out a better deal with one of the other big 4. Nice work, very pleased. Full disclosure - I went to high school with Tony so more than happy to see one of the big4 send some commission the broker's way. All of that was very transparent - they certainly earn their keep.
