I took a lot of time to learn about property investment/development prior to moving into the game. I attended seminars, listened to podcasts, read countless articles and books. One of the seminars I attended was Trent’s Economics of Subdivision Masterclass. Through that seminar I was very impressed with the documentation and Trent’s depth of knowledge, especially when being asked abstract questions throughout the class. After attending the class I recommended by business partner attend the class, whom was equally impressed with Trent.
