Well to say we could be described as a difficult client is an understatement: we had been looking for sometime for our first home, getting pre-approval on a couple of occasions and then deciding to change to a different bank even with a pre-approval for our actual loan approval. We were also buying a house from interstate with last second paperwork needing to be driven up from Brisbane to Toowoomba (after we sent it from Melbourne in lockdown). Add in a protracted settlement due to the death of the seller to top it off. Despite the many obstacles Trevor and Reach Lending Group were there every step of the way to navigate through the situations. Trevor ensured we understood how much we could borrow, thoroughly explained our options in terms of loans and features (and updated over time as we applied for pre-approvals etc.), providing property reports so we were confident in offers we were making from interstate, ensuring everything went smoothly with the bank. He did all of this with a smile, enthusiasm and care so we knew we were in good hands. After our loan was approved Lisa was fantastic in constantly liaising with the bank to ensure settlement went as planned, despite the few hurdles we had with settlement due to death of the seller. If you want someone who will look after you like it was their own loan, taking the time to talk through all the options, facilitate the best rate and features and ensure you are confident and comfortable with everything at all steps along the way then I have absolutely no issues recommending Trevor, Lisa and Reach Lending Group.
