When my husband and I first started thinking about selling our property we really had no idea where to start. We were referred to an amazing estate agent who then referred us to Val. I'm not sure we would have stumbled across Myriad Wealth if we had been left to our on devices! Our first meeting was very comfortable and casual, we sat, had a coffee and chatted about what we wanted to get out of the whole process. We needed to sell, buy a new property and sort out a new mortgage with a new lender. Val was great, he asked many questions – some we didn't have answers for and some we never thought we would need to answer. It's always a good sign when the guy in the suit with the serious job can crack a laugh! Val knows a lot. He's very easy to talk to and was more than happy to explain things, not once, not twice but three times just to make sure that we knew and understood everything. We did encounter some small bumps in the road which I thought would ruin our chance at obtaining a loan but Val, being the trooper that he is, was positive and super committed in finding solutions. The fact that we could pick up the phone, or send him a quick message bought us great comfort.
