Although it's the first time I engage a Mortgage broker, I am very satisfied with the experience. Vanessa Bell's team had access to a large number of lenders. They are quite professional... They get to understand our needs (which have a higher priority) firstly and then narrow down the options in meeting those needs. It took us a while to find our place, and each time a pre-approval would expire there was a reassessment to find the best deal. They are also experienced with unusual scenarios and will have the answer as to how it is best managed. Plus, you can do the whole thing online. There is flexibility to have meetings during or late in the day. These are short and efficient.
