Vanessa Bragdon, founder and director of VB Home Loans has spent over 10 years in the real estate industry and countless others helping businesses grow. Entering into a mortgage broking business was a logical progression “Now I get to help people fulfill their property goals in a different way“. At the heart of her success in business and in life is her passion for helping people and being solutions focussed. Vanessa truly delights in helping others and works tirelessly to ensure her clients receive exceptional service and they achieve the best possible outcome.

When Vanessa is not proudly assisting her clients with a purchase or refinancing their biggest assets, she enjoys spending time with her family, getting amongst nature, enjoying a nice shiraz, learning new things and reading. Vanessa also enjoys giving back to the community of Narangba, where she has resided for over a decade, and is a volunteer speaker for the Heart Foundation and a strong advocate of anti-bullying in local schools.
