Great Honest Broker I had no idea of what to do! I was buying my first property and coming from a hospitality background finance was not my forte. My brother put me in touch with Vincent from entourage, and we set up a meet. He was fantastic and patiently went through all the loan options for me and what they meant, this was really helpful. After putting together a budget, Vincent did all the hard work for me, I feel it's best to leave this to the professionals :) He found the best banks for what I needed and the loan types to suit. Once I gained pre approval to look for a property it wasn't long before I found one I fell in love with. But it was going for more money than I had. After a call to Vincent he assured me I should not borrow any more. Initially I was upset but I appreciated him being franc. (I did't want to be paying off the mortgage forever!).... so my search continued. After a couple of weeks the property I wanted was not going to reach it's initial forecasted $. So I rang Vincent and got the ok to put in an unconditional offer for under the market value. (The covid lockdown in Melbourne was working to my advantage) . From here Vincent and my agent did all the hard work, he wrote up a game plan for me which was really straight forward. The great thing is we reassess it every few years to make sure I'm still getting the best deal possible. I would recommend Vincent as he's super friendly, honest and is there to work for you.
