We learnt about Vineet through his Youtube video with PK Gupta about trust lending. We contacted Vineet after we finished the video and he scheduled a complimentary call with us to understand what our needs were before we booked in a strategy call with him. After we were happy with his knowledge and expertise, Vineet set up a trust for us. Whilst this was all being set up, he went about getting our financial history so he could find out our borrowing capacity from the bank. Eventually after 4 months from start to finish we got our pre-approval and then secured our first property a month later. Bear in mind you need to get a solicitor to explain what the agreement you are getting into with the trust is before you can settle on the property. From beginning to end it took about 5-6 months to get into a trust lent property. It was a smooth experience overall, so definitely recommend Vineet for your Trust lending needs.

I cannot recommend Vineet highly enough nor is he and his team anything short of incredible. My application was quite complex with structures of existing property portfolio and businesses within. The strategy session in itself gave me the confidence in going ahead with the biggest and most speculative deal to date. The journey from start to finish was more nail biting than watching someone carry 4 beers with no tray at the cricket! And all 4 of them were delivered with not a single drop of spillage! Suffice to say, the deal was done and dusted and I have no doubt that it would not have been possible without Vineet's strategic advise & framework; and tenacity - from the initial negotiation with the sales agent to accepting our terms of contract & settlement (in one of the busiest inner suburb's of Brisbane in terms of sales activity where I had missed out on 3 auctions prior to within 2 weeks) to choosing the right lender to ensure the credit scores were not affected negatively; negotiating with them on their own policy matters (which can only occur when one knows policy details from the ground up!) and providing precisely as requested. The other standout was the clear, quick and precise communication at any time of the day or night from him and his team - all of these attributes can only come from a subject matter expert who is so passionate about the client's outcomes and success.
