Will has more than 13 years' experience in banking and finance, including senior roles across leading institutions such as CBA, Westpac, Macquarie and ING. At Cumulus Capital, he leads the delivery of lending advice focused on structure, education and long-term financial outcomes for clients.
Throughout his career, Will has worked across both the distribution and product sides of lending — helping build mortgage and credit products from the ground up while also managing lending portfolios. This experience gives him a deep understanding of how lenders assess risk, structure credit, and make approval decisions.
Outside of work, Will is married to his high school sweetheart, Kate, and is a proud father of three young children. When he’s not helping clients navigate property finance, he enjoys football — supporting Crystal Palace from his childhood in the UK, along with Manchester City.
