William Kim

Just wanted to pass on my immense gratitude towards Olive Road Financial and especially to William who helped me refinance my home loan last month. I had always been skeptical of using brokers as I used to work in the finance industry but this experience has made me rethink this altogether. Being short on time and the challenging housing market and economy, William made sure that he spent extra time reviewing the market and went through all possible lenders giving both the pros and cons for each lender. This made my life so much easier as I didn’t have to speak to a separate representative at each lender on different calls. His attention to detail and breakdown of all costs and potential saving calculations aided me immensely with my decision. It’s these small details that make him that much better than other brokers I’ve spoken with. He also took time to challenge the valuation of my property. Something you might think is small, but you’d be surprised how many brokers just go with the initial valuation and try to “push the deal through” as soon as possible. This definitely wasn’t the case with Will and we got the valuation we’re forecasting! He truly went above and beyond in all aspects and can’t commend and thank him enough. Will definitely be referring my colleagues and friends his way!!
