After having had some dissappiontments with local brokers, we cast our net Australia wide and scoured the internet to find a good broker who also specialised in securing assets for investors. We shortlisted our selection from 40 brokers down to three and Mint Equity was one of our top 3. After having had a chat to Zac, it was clear that he was extremely experienced, had excellent attention-to-detail, possessed a can do attitude, but the most important thing is that he followed through with actionable steps. This attitude extended to his portfolio assessor Ben and his whole team. Their communication was second to none and it was no problem communicating via distance. We recently refinanced our mortgage via Mint as our interest rate sky rocketed through our current bank and I can't say enough awesome things about the great team at Mint Equity. My friend referred me to them but to b4e honest I was a bit dubious at first as I didn’t think we’d be able to get a better rate!
