Founded by Michael Flinos, Balcombe Financial is backed by more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, including extensive time in corporate and commercial banking with Commonwealth Bank and Bendigo Bank.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, as well as a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. This blend of academic qualifications and hands-on banking experience gives him a solid understanding of the complexities of lending and the ability to deliver finance solutions tailored to each client.

Having spent many years in the banking sector, Michael knows how lenders assess applications, weigh up risk and structure finance. This insight enables Balcombe Financial to support clients with everything from simple home loans to more complex commercial and property development transactions.
