We recently refinanced through SAT Home Loans due to concerns over rising interest rates. This was our first time using a mortgage broker so we weren't sure what it involved and the thought of going through all the paperwork was daunting. Steven was so nice to deal with, very patient and answered all our questions. The entire process was very easy. I really wish we had done this sooner. Yes there is some paperwork involved but they tell you what is needed and do all the communicating with the banks for you. Steven really took the time to understand our financial situation and goals. He was able to find us the best option with a reputable bank and significantly better rates than our old bank. There was no obligation to go with them and I appreciated their transparency around how they earn commission. I feel confident that if we need further refinancing or financial advice to go back to them. Would highly recommend anyone who is considering refinancing to contact them.
