Adam and the team at Ortus Financial have been fantastic to deal with, helping us with our mortgage and subsequent refinance. Adam’s exceptional depth of industry knowledge helped us navigate complexity with confidence, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. What really sets Adam apart is his outstanding client service. He is very responsive & helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to help. We’ve really valued Adam’s support and couldn’t recommend him and the team at Ortus more highly. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and genuinely client-focused broker, we would recommend them to anyone.

When we recommend or clients to a mortgage broker, we expect the best. This means someone available 24/7, someone with the right industry connections, and most importantly someone who can get the job done with minimal fuss, in good time and in a way that not only delivers the result but makes the experience for the client one that is nothing short of seamless. Adam Rakowski and the team at Ortus Financial deliver on this each and every time we recommend them - along with so much more. Approachable, connected, trustworthy and genuine - working with Adam and his team is an impressive experience. Nothing is ever a problem, no question too big or too small. A solutions based approach to mortgage broking that I will continue to recommend to my clients again and again.
