This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a broker, dealings with Albert and his team were extremely disappointing. It felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. I waited more than three months just to get a pre-approval for a home loan. In the end, they referred me to a banker who suggested something completely unreasonable — that I apply for a $20,000 business loan just to qualify for a $1.5 million home loan. Three months were completely wasted on poor advice and lack of direction. I would not recommend using this team.
