About Amy Osinski

Amy Osinski is a mortgage broker and co-leader of Osinski Finance, a boutique brokerage based in Rockingham, Western Australia. She is known for her people-first approach and passion for helping individuals and families navigate the home loan process with confidence, clarity, and support.

Amy began her career in the travel industry, where she spent nearly a decade developing strong customer service and relationship-building skills. When the COVID-19 pandemic led to redundancy, she joined her husband Nathan in their mortgage broking business, initially in an administration role. Her ability to simplify complex processes and genuinely support clients quickly made mortgage broking a natural fit.

Amy completed her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking in 2021 and her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management in 2023, becoming an accredited broker and playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

In 2025, Amy was awarded the AFG Women on the Move Scholarship, recognising her leadership and contribution to the mortgage industry. Under the leadership of Amy and Nathan, Osinski Finance has also been named SME Business of the Year by the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce.

Amy is passionate about supporting women both within her team and among her clients, particularly those navigating major life transitions or seeking financial independence.

Outside of work, Amy is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Makybe Rise Primary School Board, is a committed blood donor, and supports local initiatives including school breakfast programs and youth sport sponsorships.

For Amy, mortgage broking is about more than securing a loan, it’s about empowering people with knowledge and helping them build a stronger financial future.
