I was looking to refinance and had 2 valuations done by 2 other lenders so when the valuation from suncorp came in $25K less I was told it wouldn't make a difference re my loan. I have since noticed I have been charged $3k for lenders mortgage insurance which I was never told about so when I called the broker ( Anthony Finlay - Homecorp Finance ) he said that shouldn't have been charged and that he would look into it. I never got a call back so when I called again and left a message I got an email saying he did advise me about it. I called Homecorp Finance about this and they said there is nothing they can do. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOME CORP FINANCE!!!
