Our whole experience was lacking. The people on the phone failed to instruct us of what we were required to bring to our meeting or even inform us of who we were meeting. As such apon arrival we spent 10+ mins waiting for the wrong person. When the broker Ben realised the mistake he was completley unprepared and appeared more interested in complaining about his staff than making introductions and finding out how he could help us. My partner felt like she was being completely dismissed until he found out how much savings we had at wich point he completely disregarded what we had told him and just encouraged us to apply for the biggest loan we could get. I do not feel like this broker had anyones interests in mind other than his own and will be looking for annother one.

We recently bought our first house and are very thankful for the team at Aussie Tuggeranong. Originally having a perfect property in mind and being knocked back by a big bank telling us there was no way anyone would lend us the money we turned to the team at Aussie after a family member recommended them. The team were so helpful and took the time to explain everything in plain English, which was excellent for us as we had never been through this process before. Having the original house we wanted fall through the team at Aussie Tuggeranong continued to support us for 12 months with property reports and getting/keeping our approvals up to date ready for when the right one came along. I recommend Aussie Tuggeranong to anyone looking into purchasing a house even just to assess their options. You can't lose by engaging Aussie.
