Prior to co-founding Key Change Finance, Blair Polozani has held various roles across the finance industry for the past 10 years, this has included Relationship Management roles within Premium and Private Bank assisting high net worth customers with all of their personal and business banking needs and most recently leading a business banking team within a big four bank. This has allowed Blair to accumulate a wealth of knowledge across the industry to now help clients achieve whatever their financial goals may be.
A great passion of Blair's is helping business owners grow both personally and professionally, coming from a family of small business owners this has allowed him to have a deep knowledge of how business works and what they need to continue to be successful. This coupled with a passion for fostering relationships and providing solutions to his customers is what has driven Blair to co-found Key Change.
