The Property Hub was recommended to us by a friend who was building their first home. As a first-time home builder ourselves, the whole process was very overwhelming. We had 2 previous brokers, who both tried to push us to buy a built house instead. However, when we went to the Hub, they immediately told us if we wanted to build a house, they would work with us to make it happen. There was a bit of hiccup before our land settlement but the whole team sorted it all out. Having the sales agent, conveyancer and broker all in one hub, it was easier to communicate. From Day 1 when the Sales team (thanks Victor!), who found a better untitled land option for us, to conveyancing (Fiona & Darian), settlement team (Lisa, who we found out was on leave but was still working on our settlement) and Brendan, our broker, who was so great and patient with all our questions! We couldn’t highly recommend them enough! Fast forward from our initial appointment with them in February, we’re hoping to start our build this July! ☺️☺️☺️
