I initially had an appointment with another broker and left their office feeling quite down after being told I wouldn't be able to get a loan to purchase my first home. After a week of contemplating whether to keep trying or not, I decided to reach out to Cameron. I submitted an enquiry late on a Wednesday night and by Thursday morning, I received a call from Cameron. I explained to Cameron my situation and let him know my circumstances and that I was needing to get pre approval for a home loan for an auction in 3 business days… I met with Cameron that evening. Cameron hit me with some realistic expectations but said he would do everything he could to try and help me. Given that I had met with Cameron 3 business days prior to needing pre approval, I did not get my hopes up as I did not believe it would be possible to receive a good outcome. Over the course of the Friday and weekend, Cameron stuck true to his word and went in to bat for me. Cameron stayed in constant contact, updating me with everything and anything along the way. By following Tuesday morning, Cameron contacted me to tell me he had in fact done the impossible and received confirmation from the bank that I had been formally pre approved. That night, I attended the auction where I won and secured my first home! I truly cannot thank Cameron enough for all of his hard work, pulling out all the stops and reaching out to his contacts in other states, submitting my documentation late at night when he most certainly should have been enjoying his peace and quiet and for not brushing me off just because he didn’t think it was possible. In our initial meeting on the Thursday evening, Cameron provided me with guidance that I remind myself of daily. I will be forever grateful for him and can honestly say I would not have been able to get my home without his help. I would recommend Cameron to absolutely anyone and everyone, no matter your situation - Cameron will give you the time of day and will go to all lengths to try and help you.
