Carl was able to find way to optimise my borrowing power, while leaving as much money in my bank account post settlement. He was upfront about the any financial incentives he had outlining exactly what financial interest he had with different banks. He made suggestions that were in my best financial interest. He also investigated possible benefits available to me specifically with my line of work. Carl liasoned with my buyers agent, lawyers and finally the bank, to streamline the process of purchasing and with the bank. Logistically sorting the paper work behind the scenes. Contacting banks can be incredibly frustrating and with limited help. Contacting Carl was completely the opposite to this. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
