We had a terrible experience with Mortgage Choice Beenleigh. We often had our calls ignored and were not contacted when we were told we would be. Assumptions were made about our financial position and our suitability for a loan that were not based on fact. When I challenged Carly on her misconceptions, she tossed us away immediately and ignored us completely. I tried to make a formal complaint, and was told the State Manager would contact us. No contact received, not surprised. I very quickly found a good mortgage broker that was willing to give us the time of day, and we now have the mortgage we were seeking with a reputable bank and an excellent interest rate. I would not recommend using Mortgage Choice Beenleigh!
