Dealing with Dane at Lend Shore, I was very highly impressed by the assistance he provided in helping me secure a financing situation for a new car. He took the time to listen to my situation, provided nuanced advice, and most importantly, provided realistic reassurance of my capacity to be able to gain access to a standard of finance that reflected my financial situation. After many setbacks with lenders knocking me back, and myself feeling resigned to accepting substandard, lacklustre and frankly usurious financial products from companies that could be described as the practical definition of 'loanshark', Dane provided the confidence to move forward with an application for a loan at half the price, and then backed that up with practical advocacy with financial institutions on my behalf that brought the seemingly unrealisable into the realm of the possible, and then turned it into my new financial reality. One element I would like to especially highlight in my dealings with Dane was his capacity to deal with curveballs with understanding, flexibility and a high level of competence. On at least two or three occasions with regard to my specific situation, he managed to transform seeming 'deal-breakers' in relation to getting my loan application over the line with a lender into 'no big deal'. Sometimes I was frankly in awe of how he managed to transform situations within the space of two or three hours. Thus, I would highly recommend the assistance that Lend Shore, and Dane in particular, is able to provide in helping people to gain access to financial products that are more in keeping with their financial reality, especially for individuals emerging from situations that leave them with residual historical 'black marks' that obscure their actual current prevailing financial situations, and gain access to financial products that might be said to be their actual due.
