after one broker failed us leading us down a false hope trail and choosing the wrong bank we were recommended by a friend to give David a call .... my wife just started a new job and I just started up a new business so it wasn't an easy task , for 6 months we were given good advice by David about where we had to be financially and what we required and when the time came David made our life very easy when he found us a bank who would consider our circumstances and he got us into our first home .. after living in a caravan for 6 months it was a wonderful feeling to finally be in a home and we owe it to David and his industry knowledge and bank contacts ... we found a place the first place we looked at , we put in an offer and it was accepted straight away and David over the xmas break did everything he could to make it happen ... I couldnt recommend him highly enough ..... straight shooter , know false hope knew exactly what was required straight away , kept us updated to the minute through the whole process gave us all the sums on paper upfront which we spot on with all the hidden extra charges u dont learn about until u begin ... this man knows his game and loves his job .... thank you very much mate my wife and I are very grateful for your efforts when at times it felt like we were fighting a losing battle watching the market change weekly
