We first met Dimity almost three years ago at a Vision Money event, at a time when owning a home felt completely out of reach for us. Dimity saw things differently. She understood the nuances of academic casual salaries and, together with her team, showed us what was actually possible in terms of borrowing power. Although we didn’t move forward at that stage, Dimity stayed in touch over the years - always responsive, always remembering who we were, and always willing to help. Fast forward to 2026, and Dimity and her team truly went above and beyond. After I secured a new job, we went from a casual “we might buy” conversation to moving into our new home in just FOUR WEEKS. The turnaround was incredible, and a testament to how hard Dimity and Cameron worked behind the scenes to make it happen. At no point did I doubt we were in good hands. Dimity was always available to answer my (many!) questions and was the first to call and celebrate with us once settlement went through. I genuinely don’t know how she manages to provide such a high level of personal service, but it made all the difference. We’re so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
