Donna Bannister brings more than 35 years of banking and finance experience to everything she does. She built her career at BNZA and NAB, where she was consistently recognised as one of the top business bankers in Queensland and across Australia.

In 2025, Donna founded Bannister Financial Services to deliver personalised finance solutions backed by decades of hands-on knowledge and a genuine commitment to her clients. Holding a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, she is well-equipped to manage everything from everyday home loans through to complex business lending strategies. Donna has a talent for making finance straightforward and accessible, helping individuals, families, and businesses reach their goals with the right finance at the right time.

Throughout her career, Donna has worked with clients generating turnover from $5m to $250m, with borrowing requirements ranging from $5m to $100m. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including Property, Hospitality, Rental, Professional Services, Agriculture, Service Stations, Recycling, Wholesaling, Transport, and Retail.
