Theres always a level of unease when looking at applying for a loan especially when it comes to the dozens of paperwork you dont quite understand but have to sign and it can become almost overwhelming especially when you dont know what to do or what the next steps are. Paul took the time to answer any message I sent even if it was outside of work hours.
