AVOID DON - If I could give Don 0 stars I would. Despite having a promising initial phone call with him, he couldn't be bothered to acknowledge that he had received my information, or that he was reviewing it - this should have been a red flag. After two weeks, I then emailed Don to find out what was going on, again no reply. Upon calling him, he offered vague excuses about being on the road and that he would come back to me that week with information. Again, I heard nothing back from him. I tried calling, receiving only his voicemail. My solicitor then called him to find out what was going on. Don advised her that he would be in touch with me by the end of the week. As suspected, that contact never eventuated. Given the time wasted on Don, the conveyance is now in jeopardy. If you want someone who genuinely cares, and will be clear about their time commitments and capacity to take on work, AVOID DON. The resultant stress through lack of communication, and then having to start from scratch with finance when the seller doesn't want to provide a finance extension is not worth it.
