When you search for “Mortage Broker” in the dictionary, It needs to have a photo and description of George Mylonakis. Man; this bloke stopped me from buying places that would make him bank commission purely because the place was cooked and I would have a terrible life. If you want a broker that puts you first and his commission second look no further. TLDR; I called him on the weekend once at 4pm only for him to pick up and say I quote”forget business, after reading the strata report, do not buy this property it will cost you more than the interest you owe.” 11/10 would not bother with another broker go here.
