We recently used Greg to refinance and consolidate our home loans, and honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'd been with the same bank for more than 20 years and had never used a broker before, so we weren't sure what to expect. Looking back now, I can't believe we didn't do it sooner. Greg made the whole process so much easier than dealing directly with the bank. He took care of all the paperwork, liaised with the new bank, kept us updated throughout, and explained everything in plain English. We always knew where things were up to and what the next steps were. We hit a bit of a hurdle because the property being used as security was still in my maiden name, which meant extra paperwork and involvement from the bank's legal team. Greg handled it all and kept things moving without us having to chase anyone. He also managed to secure us a rate that was better than what was publicly advertised and helped us consolidate everything into one loan structure that works much better for us. What stood out most was that nothing ever seemed too much trouble. At one point Greg was about to head out of town, but still made time to meet with us and make sure everything was sorted so there were no delays. If you're thinking about refinancing or getting a new loan, I'd highly recommend giving Greg a call. We were sceptical about using a broker at first, but after this experience I don't think we'd do it any other way.
