We live in South Australia and Ian is in NSW, the geographical separation was never an issue and we may as well have been neighbours that is how efficient and easy Ian made the entire process. Ian found us the best rate possible for our construction loan and ongoing mortgage. Although we had some teething issues with the bank along the way, Ian was always there to resolve them.
