I’ve been waiting years to use Alcove since I first heard Chris speak on a podcast. I want to personally mention Jon Sum, Sabiya Pradhan and Jack Elliott. Jon’s response time, level of knowledge and just outright care factor was absolutely outstanding, it’s always a worry with big popular firms that you can just feel like another client waiting days for generic responses. Alcove was an exception. We had numerous issues arise with very strict deadlines (not due to alcove but the bank etc) made it hard to meet settlement. We must have sent over 60 emails back and forth countless phone calls and live video chats with the team, always prompt replies with details in minuets. They ran scenarios for us educated us on sections we lacked knowledge and just made the whole process as stress free as possible. Everyone you ask says their broker is the best and I don’t believe that, but with alcove I do believe they shine above the rest. I spent months deciding on a broker as it was for our first home and we wanted to debt recycle meaning we weren’t a cookie cutter home loan and Jon was well educated on the subject. Alcove and the way they conduct their business gives you small family run vibes. With the help of Alcove we bought our dream home. 10/10
