Mortgage Choice is a Choice you won't regret making! And, working with Jack Robertson was something I'll be grateful for, for a very long time. I was referred to Mortgage choice by a friend, financial mentor and experienced finance professional who'd had this team at Mortgage Choice look after and out for him for several years. When I was assigned Jack and had my initial meeting, I left feeling completely emotionally contained from what I expected to be an anxiety-provoking process. Every question Jack answered with clarity and informational depth (and believe me, I had every question ready) and he left things open for me to follow up with more questions after. It made going from pre-approval to settlement smoother than I thought it could be. Jack also took time to review my paperwork before our initial call and so the initial meeting did not feel tokenistic, it felt personal and informed and that he was ready to go to lenders on my behalf knowing my circumstances, having my best interest at heart, but making sure I would be leading the decisional charge every step of the way. Pre-approval was a relatively efficient process and Jack advocated strongly for me throughout, making sure I got the best offer and was assessed fairly. Karen Buckett came in during pre-settlement and made sure I was ready for the final steps. Unsurprisingly, she was similarly informative and attentive to very last dotting of the I's and crossing of the last T's. The home I acquired at the end of it all, my first home, was beyond my expectations going into the process. I'm two months into ownership and have zero buyer's remorse. Something tells me, having a team like Jack and Karen behind me had something to do with that. I simply could not recommend them more, and my reviews and recommendations are not given lightly. They will continue to be my Choice for follow up, support and any changes down the track.
