I was very impressed with James Ross's refinancing of an investment property loan. He gave me many options of lender, took care of the inevitable piles of paperwork that lenders require and was very responsive with communications. The whole refinancing process was incredibly smooth and fast. I now have a substantially lower interest rate, effective offset account and a forward strategy to review the loan periodically to take advantage of prevailing market conditions. I have used a range of loan brokers before but I'll be sticking with James from now on!
