We met Jo through a recommendation from a friend. To be honest, it was our first time buying a home, so we had no idea what the process was like. She helped us go through everything step by step, even when there were many things we didn’t fully understand. When our situation changed and I stopped working, she still did her best to get our loan approved. Our apartment took a really long time to be built, and in the last couple of months before we moved in, we were honestly starting to lose our patience. However, she was always there for us and did everything she could to help us apply for an early settlement, even though there were a lot of unforeseen situations along the way. We always felt like we could rely on her. Whenever something came up, she would figure it out and get back to us as soon as possible. I don’t think I’ve met many people who are this responsible and proactive with their work. When our financial situation improves and we start looking for a second property, we will definitely go with her again. Hopefully she won’t be fully booked by then. She’s the kind of mortgage broker you almost want to keep secret.
