I was trying to buy my first place and honestly had no idea where to start. Found Jokuda online and Joe walked me through everything without making me feel like an idiot. He suggested splitting the loan into fixed and variable which I hadn't thought of, only annoying part was the lender took forever on the valuation and it came in lower than expected, so there were a few stressful days where I thought the whole thing was cooked. Joe did follow up for me a few times and worked with the lender to solve it out. Whole thing took about 4 weeks start to finish. Knocked off a star because of the stress. Happy with the result.
