Having used John Rappolt many years ago, it was a relief to know he was still available and his son Justin handled the unusual purchase with finesse and was great with our plentiful delays. Great outcome and we are very happy to be a return customer. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used the services of Australian Home Mortgage, the first time with John and most recently with his son Justin. On both occasions we received first class service. With our most recent purchase, we changed our mind from buying an existing property to taking the harder route by buying off the plan. This harder route was exacerbated by the Feb 2022 rain delays and several price increases, which required several finance approvals. It took about 10 months before the land was settled in our name. During this time, Justin was great. Firstly, he found us a Bank that matched our circumstances, he was efficient in getting our ducuments ready each time, and he always had time to keep us updated and answer any questions along the way. Because of Justin's work, we not only made settlement, but we avoided LMI, kept our existing property, and took a large amount of stress out of the situation. 2 thumbs up, thanks Justin.

John and Leah did an outstanding job for us when buying our first home recently! I was nervous at the start but John is such a professional and put my mind at ease very quickly. He and Leah always had answers to all our questions and were on top of all details at all times. Highly recommended!!
