The most admiring part is that there where tight deadlines as we requested a settlement date extension and interests were going to be applied, but thanks to Juan Pablo and his team's persistance the whole process was successfully achieved in a matter of days, not even weeks, no extra interest was charged! On top of that, I secured a better interest rate and lower fees than my original option. Juan Pablo and his team were always communicative, ahead of schedule, and incredibly proactive. First thing... I am not customer of Xtra mile. I tried to be customer but, unfortunately my business partners had my case (subdivision) tied up with their current bank. Even when knowing that he might not get the business, Pablo helped us to understand the situation, the options, and the risks. Thanks to him I know I made a decent deal. I feel sorry that I couldn't make it with them, but I will change my mortgage across with them as soon as I build, as they always offered me better options with low rates.
